Wanda Vision Episode 9 review

A Quick Recap of Wanda Vision Episode 8

We see that in the 8th episode of Wanda Vision, Agatha reminded Wanda all her memories. Agatha’s firmly determined to figure out who/what Wanda really is, by using magic to trip through a few important moments of Wanda’s past.

The first flashback features the deceased Maximoff parents the night a Stark Industries bomb killed them, leaving both Wanda and Pietro alive to stare down another unexploded missile for two days. It's a bit of Wanda's history established by Avengers: Age of Ultron. Here's what matters: While fighting on the streets of Sokovia wages outside, Wanda's father comes home with a suitcase of classic sitcoms on DVD — Who's the Boss, Addams Family, I Love Lucy, Bewitched, and Malcolm in the Middle — because it's TV night in the Maximoff home, when they practice their English and watch comedic favorites. Agatha then pushes Wanda onto her next key memory, volunteering for the Hydra experiment that would ultimately grant her a new level of super-abilities prior to her introduction in Age of Ultron. While we hear the two scientists monitoring her say that no one has lived through direct contact with whatever's inside the scepter, Wanda survives her exposure to what we know to be the Mind Stone. The next sequence takes place immediately post-Blip, as Wanda relives the trip she made to S.W.O.R.D. headquarters to claim Vision's body so she can bury him properly. Technically, we've seen some of this before, after Director Hayward showed footage of Wanda storming into the facility to, according to him, take Vision's body by force.

Review of Wanda Vision Episode 8 

Wanda came to its reality wrapping end Friday, with episode 9 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe show hitting Disney Plus. We’ve come to the season finale, in the wake of Agatha Harkness ( Kathryn Hahn) realizing Wanda Maximoff(Elizabeth Olsen) in the Chaos magic wielding Scarlet witch and it sure looks like they're gonna fight on the streets of Westview.

In the 9th episode of Wanda Vision, we see that initially, how Agatha and Wanda fought with each other. Wanda didn’t know about the power absorbing skill of Agatha. But it is well known to the Marvelions that Wanda is the most powerful avenger of the MCU ( Marvel Cinematic Universe). Thus, Wanda has an upper hand on the Agatha but meanwhile White Vision came into the fighting scene.Once Wanda feels that he was real Vision. But at that time, he seems to be anti to Wanda and starts hurting her.

In the meantime, the Red Vision of Westview came into the scene and saved Wanda from the White Vision. Now, there's a continuous destructive fight between Wanda and Agatha and White Vision vs Red Vision of Westview. Agatha played a trick on Wanda and she took Wanda’s control over the residents of Westview.

All the residents of Westview started blaming Wanda for their condition. Wanda tried to convince them they all are in a better place but they all are under control of Agatha. There was extreme pressure by all the residents over Wanda about ‘Let them Go’ to their home. Wanda then finds it necessary to do this for the happiness of the residents of Westview. She started destroying her imaginary Westview but as she was doing it, her family-Vision, Tommy and Billy are getting destroyed as they part of Virtual Westview created by Wanda.

She has to choose between the two ‘Her Family’ and ‘Residents of Westview’. At the  last moment she realised that both her child and Vision started dying. So, she stooped. 

Then, there’s a crucial fight between Wanda and Agatha. And this time Wanda trapped Agatha and gave her all powers in her radar. But, Wanda knew she could use only his power in her own magical radar. Wanda took over all the power from Agatha and defeated her. And on the other side, Vision of Westview was fighting with White Vision. Vision asked him why he is doing so?

White Vision replied they program him to destroy the Vision. But Vision of Westview convinced him to the reality that he is not the real Vision. He is hypothetical. Then he visualises the White Vision about the death of Vision in Endgame. After remembering the past, White Vision said, “he is Vision” and he flew away from the Westview.

We also see that Tommy, Billy and Captain Monica Rambeau saved themselves and the military.

Meeting their destinies

The series ends with Wanda releasing Westview and letting her family go - Vision, Tommy and Billy all vanish with the illusion. She also forces Agatha to resume her role as nosy neighbor Agnes, before leaving for a life of apparent solitude.

Is There Going to be a Wanda Vision Season 2?

Wonder Studios or Disney Plus have made no bulletins regarding the destiny of WandaVision. It's exceptionally probably WandaVision isn't always going to have a 2nd season, seeing as Wanda will be worried in upcoming movies like doctor extraordinary and the Multiverse of madness and Spider-guy 3, each of which are suspected to be worried with MultiVerses.
